RETURNS POLICY

If you want to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We happily offer free returns within 7 days of purchase on Get Dirty products. However some of out other products come from 3rd party suppliers within SA, who each have different returns policies. Refunds are therefore dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days. If there is a product or service you are unhappy with, and want to know more about the individual returns/refunds policy on said product or service, please don’t hesitate to give us a shout at info@getdirty.co.za
