Cover Crop: Sea of Cover

Organicraft’s Sea of Cover is a variable seasonal mix of legumes and wild grasses, along with others like millet and sorghum, which is used as green manure and a living mulch cover crop. Together, these fix nitrogen, create a humic layer, attract insects and provide a banquet of flavours for earthworms.

Simply sprinkle on the ground, cover with mulch and keep moist. Cut when a few inches high and leave to compost. Highly recommended for lazy gardeners.

Perfectly suited to farmland your garden alike, cover crops control erosion, increase water filtration, add nutrients to soil, and contribute to the development of the humic layer.
